How do you reach us, and what can we answer?
By email, or through the form at the foot of this page. We can answer questions about how the site works and where its figures come from. We are not tax advisers, so we cannot tell you what you owe.
What to ask
What can you ask us?
Anything about the site itself: its figures, its sources and how it works. Your own tax position is a question for a licensed adviser.
We can answer
The site, its figures, its sources
- How the site works: where a figure comes from, what the copper mark means, how the site is paid. The long answer is on How we verify.
- A figure that looks wrong to you, or a sentence that seems to say more than its source.
- A source link that has moved, or no longer says what the page says.
We cannot answer
Your own tax position
- What you owe, or whether an exemption, a rate or a deadline applies to you.
- How to fill in your return or a registration.
- Anything that would be advice on your case. We are not tax advisers, and nothing we write back is tax, legal or financial advice.
We check a report against the source, and if we got it wrong, we correct the page.
